Who we are?

Nexum Living is me, Juanjo. There's no team behind a logo, no junior staff handling your calls. When you work with Nexum Living, you work with me directly, from the first conversation to the last signature.

I set up Nexum Living because I kept seeing the same problem: foreign buyers navigating one of the most complex purchases of their lives without anyone genuinely in their corner. Estate agents work for the seller, developers work for themselves, lawyers cover the legal side, but who coordinates the whole picture?

I wanted to build the service I'd want if I were buying in a country I didn't know, in a language I didn't speak, dealing with a legal system I'd never encountered before.

My background is in law, which gives me a working understanding of Spanish property law, contracts and the administrative framework around real estate transactions. That's not the same as being your lawyer (you'll still need one, and I'll help you find a good one), but it means I understand what's being said and I can spot when something needs a closer look.

Before Nexum Living, I coordinated international projects in a private university, working across different countries and cultures, managing timelines, and making sure things didn't fall through the gaps when multiple parties were involved. I organised private events with a communications agency, which is where I learned that high-end service is really about anticipating what people need before they have to ask. And I worked as an operational auditor, which taught me to look at processes critically and fix what's inefficient.

All of that, I'd argue, is exactly what buying a property in Spain requires: legal understanding, cross-cultural coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to keep a complex process moving smoothly.

No. We charge the buyer a fixed fee. That’s what makes us independent.

3ª. Can I do the process remotely?

Yes, absolutely. Most clients don’t visit Spain until the contract is signed.
